Our vision is to present sellers of grain an opportunity to explore new markets for their grains, and provide an on-farm service that creates financial value and time value.  Our vision for buyers of grain is to bring good quality grains, service, and dependability into their operations.  We understand the importance of timely delivery.

If you are in agriculture and know farmers with grain, there may be opportunity for you to work as a field broker with Mitchell Grain Company in your area.

As a field broker, we pay you to source grain for us.  You can set your own schedule and work at your own pace. 

  • Must have a good reputation in area. 
  • Grain experience is an asset but not a must.
